Matthew Breen
Founder/Specialist Support Coordinator
Matthew Breen has been working in the Disability and Mental Health Sector for 20 years. During this time, he has worked to provide his clients with a unique and personalised experience. During a family health crisis, the idea came to start offering the Fraser Coast Region a “Truly Independent” Support Coordination experience.
Matthew saw the need for this as most companies on the Fraser Coast offer everything and will often miss the personalised touches that individualise the experience each NDIS participant requires.
Suzanne Griffiths
Senior Support Coordinator
Meet our Senior Support Coordinator Suz who joined the Fraser Coast Support Coordination family in October 2022. Spending 10 years in the Disability Employment Sector and the last 3 years in Service Provision. Suz comes with extensive experience in case management. Suz is also a qualified Financial Planner and our Centrelink specialist.
Suz has lived in the Bay for the last 5 years with her 2 sons and fur baby Matilda. Suz has capacity to take on new referrals so come on in for a chat and a cuppa !
Gabrielle Breen
Senior Support Coordinator
Gabby comes with a wealth of knowledge in customer service and retail dealing with people from all walks of life from her employment history over the last 2 years at Fraser Coast Support Coordination and before that at Bunnings for 8 years.
Gabby specialises in working with children with special needs and our young adults. Gab has a great sense of humor, is dedicated and committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for our clients.
Gabby has capacity to take on new referrals, so pop in for a meet and greet!
Dee Hobbs
Support Coordinator
Meet Dee one of our Support Coordinators, who joined the Fraser Coast Support Coordination family in January 2023. Dee’s passion and energy fills a room. Dee has extensive experience as a teacher's aide as well as case management experience in the employment sector.
Dee has a great understanding of the NDIS as her daughter has complex physical and intellectual care needs. Come on in to share your experiences with her.
Tracey Briscoe
Support Coordinator
Tracey is extremely passionate about giving back to the community and making a difference in the lives of others. With 20 plus years’ experience in Business Management, Aged Care, Hospitality, Education and Training.
Tracey loves being a part of encouraging and developing people’s skills and capacity to reach their goals. Tracey looks forward to a journey with her clients, to personalise outcomes that create positive experiences and prospects to meet their individualised objectives.

Sharlene Muir
Support Coordinator
Sharlene has been living in Hervey Bay for 7 years after relocating from the Sunshine Coast with her 4 children.
Sharlene has come from a service provider and teaching background and has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to high physical and specialist in complex needs, behaviours and restrictive practice.
Sharlene prides herself in being solution orientated and will go that extra mile to ensure her participants get the results they need to live their best life.

Kim Harvey
Administration Officer
Kim is our admin queen. New to the workforce after caring for her daughter who has complex care needs for the last 18 years, Kim comes with a wealth of life experience and a fantastic attitude.
Kim is our ‘go to’ person and is a breath of fresh air always willing to go the extra mile for everyone.
